		<description>I have been looking at your market in Seattle. Your condo market seems to be off the bottom and have improved considerably. Our area in Bergen County New Jersey has done the same. Many other areas around the country are doing better. Lets hope rates don't get crazy and we can keep it up.</description>

Now, for credit scores from 600 they are the only game in town. Their guidelines allow up to 45% ratio's and greater with some special circumstances. Our area is to $625,000, Bergen County New Jersey is an expensive market.</description>
